After this battle, you'll be given HM02 Fly. This move is a powerful Flying type move that takes two turns to do in-battle. It also allows you, when you get the Jet Badge, to Fly to any previously-visited area (for the most part). It is pretty much only able to be taught to Flying Pokemon and Mew, so you'll want to catch a Tranquill or Unfezant on this Route if you lack a Pokemon that can learn Fly.
After getting the HM02, go west and across the bridge, then north. Battle and defeat the Scientist, then go east and across a second bridge to find a Pokemon Ranger (who gives a Cheri Berry (heals Paralysis) upon defeat). Go north and onto the third bridge to find and battle a Parasol Lady.
Continue along this path to find a Scientist, and an Elixir in the nearby grass. Now, see that building there? This is the Season Research Lab. A scientist inside will give you a Leaf Stone for showing him all four Formes of Deerling. To do this immediately, catch a Deerling. Save, and switch the DS clock to read a month from now. Reload, show him the Deerling, save, change the clock to read another month from now, etc., until you have shown him all four Deerling Formes (be sure to reset the clock to its normal setting!). Speak to him to get your Leaf Stone.
There will also be a Hyper Potion just west of the Lab. Continue along the dirt path, going west, to find another Scientist to battle. Continue west and across another bridge to find an item -- examining it reveals it to be a Pokemon, Foongus. It is like the Pokemon Voltorb -- it looks like a Pokeball (at least, from above). Continue along the path and battle the Parasol Lady.
Get the first item to her west to find a Leaf Stone; the one to the southwest is another Foongus. Battle the nearby Pokemon Ranger (win = Cheri Berry), then go north across the bridge. Go east and enter the house. Speak with the girl inside to receive the Shiny Stone, which can evolve a Minccino. You can also speak to the woman at the table so you can heal your Pokemon.
Leave the house and go north to find Chargestone Cave. Walk up to the yellow spider web (made by Garvantula, I believe) and Clay will appear. Clay will have his Krokorok use Bulldoze to remove it, then he gives you the TM for it, TM78. Bulldoze is a Ground-type move of about 80 Power that damages all other Pokemon on the battlefield and slows them down. Sawk can surely learn it, so it may be worth teaching.
Anyhow, enter Chargestone Cave.

<= 1F =>
As you enter, three people will teleport around you. These are the Shadow Triad, servants of N and Ghetsis. They'll take over to N.
After N is done talking, go north and you'll sson be stopped by Bianca, who is being followed by Prof. Juniper. You'll be given the Lucky Egg, which boosts the holder's EXP. gain if it participates in battle.
After this, go to the floating rock next to Bianca and push it to the west. Then go north and push this floating rock to the east. Pick up the Parlyz Heal nearby, then battle the Scientist atop the eastern stairs. After the battle, go south and move northern rock to the right and grab the Revive.
Go back to the location of the Parlyz Heal and go up the northern stairs. Go east and you'll find a Heal Ball on the other side of this ledge. Continue going eastward and battle the Ace Trainer. Now, for the two nearby rocks, push the northernmost one to the west and southernmost one to the south.
Go south now and down the nearby staircase. Walk east and soon Juniper will come and speak with you about Klink, a Steel-type Pokemon found here that has only be in existence for the past century or so.
Once you regain control, you'll find yourself to be at a fork. Take the north path for now and battle the Hiker nearby (speak with him). Return to the fork and go south. You'll soon find a bridge. As you walk on it, the Shadow Triad will come and take you across, saying Team Plasma is awaiting you on the lower floor. Go north after you regain control to grab the Hyper Potion.
After getting the Hyper Potion, go to the floating rock, pushing it south, and battle the Scientist. Then go south and west of the stairs to find two more floating rocks. Push the southernmost rock westward and walk around the big one to obtain an Iron. Return to and go down the stairway.
<= B1F =>
Continue along the path and you'll soon find a couple of people beside the wall. Speak to these Nugget Brothers to receive two Nuggets. They can sold at $5,000 to Pokemarts, and more to maniacs (I think it's $10,000!). Go west and up the stairs when possible.
Don't hop off this ledge! Walk around the eastern stairs and go south to find an HP Up (use the Dowsing MCHN to find it). Return to the Nugget Brothers and go north and along the east path to find and battle a Doctor. After this, and every time you talk to him, he'll heal your Pokemon.
Head northwest now and you'll find two Team Plasma Grunts you will separately battle. Defeat both of them and go west to find a Timer Ball. Then go north to fight another Grunt. Then follow the path northeastwardly to find, you guessed it, another Grunt, with another to the west.
Then go down the western stairs and push the floating rock to the left. Walk southwest between the two big rocks and you'll find a Thunderstone. Then go north and push the second floating rock up. Then go and battle the Grunt, with another one to the east. Then go down the western stairway.
<= B2F =>
Go south to find and battle an Ace Trainer. After the battle, push the floating rock nearby to the east. Go east and north to find a BrightPowder (raises the holder's ability to evade by 10%). Go south now and battle another Ace Trainer.
Descend the stairs near her and you'll find a Hyper Potion. Then walk around the outer edge of the cliff and you'll find a Rare Candy.
That'll be it for this floor. Return to and ascend the stairs you entered by.
<= B1F =>
Go east, past the defeated Grunts, and up the stairs.
<= 1F =>
Go south to find three different pathways. Go west to battle a Scientist. Go further along to find a floating rock, which, when pushed, will let you back to cave's beginning.
Return to the intersection and go south. You'll battle an Ace Trainer on the way. Go southeast of him to find a Magnet (Electric moves' power are raised by 20% when held).
Return to the intersection and heal up your Pokemon some. Then go east to find, speak with, and battle N.

After the battle, Prof. Juniper and Bianca appear and speak with N and you.
After the conversation ends and you regain control, you can now leave through the exit nearby to arrive in Mistralton City.
Mistralton City
When you arrive, go into the nearby Pokemon Center. Heal up and speak with one of the people in there. One of them can tell you the type of a Pokemon's Hidden Power move. Hidden Power is an okay move by itself. It is of a random type, determined solely by the Pokemon's IVs (Individual Values; they can somewhat determine stats, Hidden Power type, and shiny/not shiny).
Finish your business in there and go into the house east of the Pokemon Center to find the Move Deleter (removes a move from the Pokemon's current reportoire until later relearned; includes TM/HM moves) and the Move Relearner (give him a Heart Scale to learn any level-up-based move the Pokemon has forgotten).
Exit the house and go north of the Pokemon Center. As you do, a man, Cedric Juniper, Prof. Juniper's father, will speak with you. He also enables your Pokedex to see different Formes (as with Pokemon like Deerling, Pikachu, Shaymin, Deoxys, and so on; including the (seen) Shiny forms!). It also gets a search function.
He'll also introduce you to Skyla, the Mistralton City Gym Leader. She is going to the Celestial Tower, which is near Route 7, so a Gym challenge will be delayed for the moment.
Anyhow, go west and into the control tower. Speak with one of the women inside to receive the Sharp Beak (the holder's Flying-type moves are 20% extra powerful). Go outside and go south to find TM58 (Sky Drop) near a plane. It hurls the user and target into the sky for one turn, then deals damage on the second. It was banned from Nintendo WFC battles due to a glitch around the time of the US launch of Black/White or sometime before.
That'll be it for Mistralton City for the time being, so head northeast to Route 7.

There are ways to proceed on Route 7. You can take the dirt path around the grass (one Trainer, no wild Pokemon), the grass itself (two Trainers, some wild Pokemon), or go on the wood plank (neither Trainers or Pokemon). With the latter, if you stand still more than five or so seconds, you'll fall off. Just FYI.
There are two Youngsters in grass, as well as an Ultra Ball. If you went along the dirt path, you'd find a Trainer to the northwest of the person who gives you TM57 (Charge Beam).
Regardless, your path will merge with the others near a house. Go inside and, if you give this Hiker a Boldore, you'll get an Emolga (at Lv. 30, holding a Lum Berry).
Leave the house and go east to find an Ace Trainer, which you will battle, Rotation-style! After the battle, go north to battle a Backpacker, and a Pokemon Ranger is further north (win = Aspear Berry). Go to the west of the Ranger in the grass to find a PP Up.
Return to the main path and go north to find and battle another Pokemon Ranger, who also will yield an Aspear Berry after you win. Go east of him and you will find a Max Ether. Further north of here is the Celestial Tower. For now, though, let's ignore it and finish off the rest of the Trainers.
Walk south from the tower and get onto the wood planks. Go east and into the house when you get off. The girl in front of the television will heal your Pokemon if spoken to. Leave and go east to find another wood plank, atop which you'll find a battle-able Harlequin.
Defeat him and go east to find TM81 (X-Scissor). It is a Bug-type move that simply deals damage. Get on the previous plank, go north and onto another to find and battle another Harlequin.
After that battle, we'll stop there. Go south, west, and north back to Celestial Tower. Go inside.

Go up the stairs to the left to reach 2F.
<= 2F =>
From here on up, you'll also find wild Pokemon. Anyhow, walk north and battle the Psychic. Then go east for the Lass. Go east to find a Hyper Potion, then go northwest to find and battle a Pokefan, with another one to the west.
Southwest of the last Pokefan, Georgia, you'll find TM61 (Will-O-Wisp). It is a Fire-type move that only will inflict a Burn on a Pokemon. Go up the stairs to 3F.
<= 3F =>
Go east to battle a Psychic, and west to battle another one. Go around to the west side of the room to find another Psychic, Lin (which seems to be a Dark Cloud 2 reference -- in it, there was a sage named Lin). Go south and east to the other side of the room and battle the Psychic there.
Go east of the previous Psychic, Bryce, to find a Spell Tag (the holder's Ghost-type moves are powered up by 20%). Go to the northernmost portion of floor to battle a Nurse. She'll heal your Pokemon after the battle, and then whenever you talk to her.
Go up the stairs to 4F.
<= 4F =>
Walk northeast and you'll battle an Ace Trainer. Go to the east to find a Revive, then go west to find another Ace Trainer. Go to her west to find TM65 (Shadow Claw). It is a decently-powerful Ghost-type move that often deals critical hits.
Go up the stairs again.
<= Rooftop =>
Go up the stairs nearby to find Skyla. She says that she has healed the Pokemon she saw hurt up here earlier. After she is done speaking, go up to and examine the bell. Ring it. Skyla will reintroduce herself and leave.
Now, descend all of the floors and go back to Route 7.

Continually go southward and back into Mistralton City.
Mistralton City
Go into the Pokemon Center and heal your Pokemon. Buy some items, especially if your Pokemon are weak to Flying type. Go west onto the runway, and north into the airplane hangar, which happens to be the Mistralton City Gym.
Mistralton Gym
____________________________________________________________________________ | Pokemon | Pokemon Type | Level Range | Encounter Method | |----------------+----------------------+---------------+--------------------| | No wild Pokemon are found in this location. | |============================================================================| | Trainers' Pokemon: Tranquill Lv. 32 (x2) | | Ducklett Lv. 32, Woobat Lv. 32 | | Ducklett Lv. 32, Sigilyph Lv. 32 | | Unfezant Lv. 33 | | Swoobat Lv. 33 | |____________________________________________________________________________|
Mistralton City's Gym trains Pokemon of the Flying type. These Pokemon are weak to Ice, Rock, and Electric; advantageous against Grass, Bug, and Fighting; and immune to Ground. Except in ONE SINGLE CASE, the Flying-type also is paired another type, typically Normal; thusly, the above can change.
Anyhow, go forward and you'll be able to speak to the white-haired guy as usual to receive the Fresh Water. Go forward and you'll find a cannon. These cannons have four sides. From whichever side you enter from, that determines where you go (for example, walk in from the north/east/west/south side to go south/west/east/north, respectively). Go in the nearby cannon. Once you land, go west into another cannon. Go down the stairs and into the same cannon. You will land by a Worker.
Battle and defeat him, then walk up the stairs to the east, then go south, and you will battle another Worker. Go further south and into the cannon. When you land, go past the cones and you'll battle a Pilot. Then go northeast and you will find a cannon. ENTER THIS ONE FROM ITS SOUTH SIDE TO GO FORWARD.
When you land, go east into another cannon and you'll battle another Pilot. Go west into the cannon again. Go up the stairs upon landing and battle the Worker at their apex. Use the nearby cannon to go south, another to east, and another to go (ouch!) ... north, and another to go west. You'll find Skyla on the platform. Speak with her to begin.

The same goes for Swoobat and its Acrobatics. | |___________________________________________________________________________|
After the battle, you'll receive the Jet Badge, which permits the use of HM02 (Fly) outside of battle. You'll also receive TM62 (Acrobatics), a Flying-type move that deals double damage to those Pokemon not holding an item. Skyla will also mention something about seeing Team Plasma near Icirrus City. Go into the nearby cannon and leave the Gym.
